Deskripsi

Sherina, a typically lively little girl, feels downcast when she learns her family is leaving their home in Jakarta to move to Bandung, West Java. She’s saddened by the thought of leaving behind a city she’s known all her life and saying farewell to her close friends as she heads to an unfamiliar place. Her concerns deepen on her first day at her new school when she quickly becomes a target of the bully Sadam and his rowdy group, who delight in making life difficult for others.

Despite this rough beginning, Sherina takes her mother’s advice to “look more closely and avoid making quick judgments.” She discovers that even someone like Sadam has unexpected qualities. The two kids eventually learn about friendship and teamwork during a school break when they confront a gang of thieves led by Mr. Raden in a thrilling adventure.

By purchasing a ticket for Kinderfield Primary Duren Sawit School Production: Sherina's Adventure, the Event Attendee has agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions. All forms of violation of the terms and conditions will be dealt with strictly.


 

KETENTUAN UMUM

GENERAL REGULATIONS

 

  • Tiket hanya berlaku apabila pembelian dilakukan sesuai dengan tata cara yang telah ditentukan oleh penyedia layanan transaksi elektronik/online sebagaimana tertera pada website resmi Penyelenggara atau mitra penjualan tiket resmi yang telah ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara. Jika tidak, Pembeli tidak akan dapat melakukan verifikasi apakah e-voucher yang dimiliki Pembeli adalah tiket yang sah atau tidak.
  • Tickets are only valid if the purchase is made in accordance with the procedure that has been determined by the online purchase through electronic/online transactions on the Promoter’s official website or ticketing partner appointed by the Promoter (authorized ticket box). Otherwise, the Event attendee will not be able to verify if the e-voucher is an authorized or unauthorized copy.

 

  • E-voucher bersifat rahasia dan bukan untuk dibagikan. Pembeli paham dan mengerti apabila dibagikan akan memiliki resiko e-voucher bisa berpindah tangan.
  • E-vouchers are confidential and not to be shared. Purchasers are aware and understand that if shared, there is a risk that the e-voucher can be transferred.

 

  • Pihak Sekolah dan ticketing partner resmi yang ditunjuk menjamin hanya akan mengeluarkan e-voucher kepada Pembeli yang sah.
  • The School and the appointed official ticketing partner guarantee that they will only issue e-vouchers to authorized Buyers.

 

  • Perpindahan kepemilikan dan atau pemalsuan e-voucher/tiket/gelang berada di luar kendali dan bukan menjadi tanggung jawab Sekolah.
  • Transfer of ownership and or forgery of e-vouchers/tickets/wristbands are beyond the control and not the responsibility of the School.

 

  • Setiap e-voucher menggunakan kode unik (barcode) tersendiri dan berlaku hanya untuk satu orang, e-voucher yang sudah digunakan tidak dapat digunakan kembali. Penggandaan e-voucher tidak dapat digunakan untuk masuk ke dalam event berulang kali.
  • Each e-voucher has a unique barcode and is only valid for one person. The e-voucher can only be used once. E-voucher duplication for multiple entries to the event is prohibited.

 

  • Setiap pembeli dapat memilih nomor seat yang diinginkan. Seat yang telah dipilih akan terkunci secara otomatis selama selama 5 menit saat pembeli mengisi data pemesanan. Setelahnya, pembeli dapat menyelesaikan proses pemesanan dengan melakukan pembayaran tiket dalam waktu 15 menit. Jika melebihi waktu yang ditentukan, seat yang terpilih akan kembali berstatus “kosong”.
  • Each buyer can choose the seat number. The selected seat will be locked automatically for 5 minutes while the buyer completes their booking data. After that, the buyer can finish the booking process by completing the payment within 15 minutes. Shall the buyer does not finish the payment in the given time, the selected seat will be released to public with status “vacant”.

 

  • Dengan membeli tiket, maka Pembeli telah menyetujui pengumpulan, penyimpanan dan penggunaan data pribadi yang ada untuk keperluan acara Kinderfield Primary Duren Sawit School Production: Sherina's Adventure.
  • By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer has agreed to the collection, storage and use of personal data for the purposes of the Kinderfield Primary Duren Sawit School Production: Sherina's Adventure event.

 

  • E-voucher wajib ditukarkan dengan wristband sebelum pertunjukan dimulai.
  • E-vouchers must be redeemed with a wristband before the performance starts.

 

INFORMASI MENGENAI PENUKARAN WRISTBAND :
WRISTBAND REDEMPTION IS AS FOLLOWS : 

  • Waktu penukaran wristband akan dilakukan pada tanggal 26 Oktober 2024.
  • The time and place for wristbands exchange will be done on 26 October 2024.

 

  • Tiket atau e-voucher yang sudah dibeli tidak untuk diperjualbelikan kembali dengan harga yang lebih tinggi dari harga resmi yang telah ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara. Jika terdapat indikasi pelanggaran, maka Penyelenggara berhak untuk melakukan upaya hukum dan/atau membatalkan tiket tersebut.
  • Tickets or e-vouchers that have been purchased are not to be resold at a higher price than the official price determined by the Promoter. In case of any indication of a violation, the Promoter has the right to take legal action and/or cancel the ticket.

 

SYARAT PENUKARAN WRISTBAND/TIKET :

WRISTBAND/TICKET EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS : 

  • KTP/ SIM/ Paspor/ Kartu Pelajar/ Mahasiswa yang masih berlaku dan asli (nama harus sesuai dengan yang tertera di e-voucher)
  • Original National Identification Card/ Driver’s License/ Passport/ Student Card that is still valid (name on the ID must be the same as the one written on the e-voucher)

 

  • Tidak ada gelang pengganti yang akan dikeluarkan dalam kondisi apa pun jika hilang & rusak karena alasan apapun. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas gelang yang hilang, dicuri atau rusak.
  • No replacement wristbands will be issued under any circumstances if lost & damaged for any reason. Promoters are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged wristband(s).

 

  • Tiket yang dibeli di tiketbersama.com tidak bisa digunakan untuk keperluan komersial (hadiah/giveaway, kontes, atau undian). Apabila tiket digunakan tidak sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada maka dapat dibatalkan dan tidak ada pengembalian dana, pemegang tiket akan ditolak masuk ke dalam area acara, tanpa terkecuali.
  • Tickets purchased at tiketbersama.com cannot be used for commercial purposes (giveaways, contests, or sweepstakes). If the tickets used are not in accordance with existing regulations, they can be canceled with no refunds being issued. Ticket holders will be refused entry into the event area, without exception.

 

  • Penyelenggara memiliki hak untuk mengubah ataupun menambahkan syarat lain pada Syarat & Ketentuan tanpa adanya pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.
  • The Organizer has the right to change or add other terms in the Terms & Conditions without prior notification.

  • Anak-anak di bawah 2 (dua) tahun tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke tempat pertunjukan.
  • Children under 2 years old will not be admitted into the performance venue.

  • Pemilik tiket berkebutuhan khusus dengan menggunakan kursi roda dapat menghubungi panitia melalui meja penukaran tiket.
  • Event Attendees with special needs using wheelchairs can contact the committee via ticket redemption desk.

 

  • Pertunjukan ini menampilkan efek lampu flash dan pencahayaan intens, serta suara yang sangat keras yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan atau ketidaknyamanan bagi sebagian penonton.
  • This show contains bright & and intense flashing lights, as well as extremely loud sounds that may cause disturbance or discomfort to some audiences.

 

  • Pemilik tiket memahami bahwa mereka memiliki kewajiban untuk mengambil langkah-langkah yang wajar untuk memastikan keselamatan mereka sendiri, dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi medis pribadi.
  • Attendees accept they have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions.
